I thought the staff was very friendly and were there any time I needed something.
I had a queen double and I did not like the sink and mirror in the room with the beds.
This hotel was very comfortable. I felt safe and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Extra nice service and free breakfast.
Entrance to room was through an outside door.
Great for kids, kids eat free full breakfast buffet. Pool was great for kids. Beds and bath were very nice.

I liked the spaciousness of the room and the decor.
One time the outside would not accept our card and we were locked out.
The hotel looks new and upscale. Guests do not always have to go in through the front entrance. There are side entraces so people can come and go as they please.

I got in late the man working at counter was not plesant but not rude either, I expected more. The next day when I went to check out the lady kept answering the phone instead of checking me out.
